Rosemary has been getting into the spirit of things.

Grandparents in October - Part Two

Grandpa Ray and Grandma Charlotte came for a late-October visit.

They entertained Silas at the Indian Road Cafe...

... gave Rosemary some horse rides...

... and played "Bedbugs!" with the kids.

Silas is 6!

We celebrated Silas's sixth birthday a couple weeks early so we could have it outside.

The games were old school:  sack race, egg-in-spoon race, three-legged race.

Farmers' Market

Almost every Saturday, we spend a considerable amount of time at the Inwood farmers' market and the abutting rocks and fields.

Rosemary usually eats a half doughnut...

Grandparents in October - Part One

The Grandparents Keithley were back in New York for a fairly long visit.

I had two different business-related trips during their stay, so it was great to have them here to help out.
